1. What HumAI Is
HumAI is an AI chatbot assistant platform for businesses. We provide automated customer-facing chatbots that handle bookings, inquiries, and customer messages on channels like WhatsApp, Telegram, and WebChat. When you sign up, you get a dedicated AI assistant configured for your business.
2. Account Registration
To use HumAI, you need to create an account by providing your business name, email address, and other relevant information. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information during signup
- Keeping your account credentials secure
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use HumAI only for lawful business purposes. You may not:
- Use the service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass anyone
- Transmit malicious content, malware, or attempt to exploit the platform
- Impersonate another business or misrepresent your identity
- Use the chatbot for illegal activities or to collect sensitive data (e.g., credit card numbers) through chat
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the service
- Exceed your plan's message limits through automated or abusive means
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Payment Terms
HumAI offers subscription plans billed monthly. By subscribing to a paid plan:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel
- You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- We do not offer refunds for partial months
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice
The Free plan includes limited messages per month at no cost. If you exceed your plan's message limit, your chatbot will be paused until you upgrade or the next billing cycle begins.
5. Data Ownership
You own your data. All business information, customer conversations, and content you provide through HumAI remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your data. We only use it to provide and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can request a full export or deletion of your data at any time.
6. Service Availability
We work hard to keep HumAI running smoothly, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
HumAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated responses — you are responsible for reviewing and configuring your chatbot's behavior
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may also terminate or suspend your account if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- Your account has been inactive for more than 12 months
- We are required to do so by law
Upon termination, your chatbot will be deactivated and your data will be deleted within 30 days, unless you request it sooner.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
